Let’s rediscover the flavors of the land by participating in the roots workshop on ribollita at the Montaionesi nel mondo event: a free tasting of a traditional dish of Tuscan cuisine.
Thanks to the collaboration with the Municipality of the roots of Montaione, it will in fact be possible to taste the recipe of one of the most iconic dishes of Tuscany and relive the emotions of the past.
This dish, a symbol of a strong and deep-rooted identity, represents a bridge between past and present.
