In Pitigliano the “Earth Day” is celebrated, from 25 to 28 April, three days of markets, walks, music, good food, meetings and workshops for children, to raise awareness of the environment and the importance of defending the planet from pollution and waste of resources. For the entire period of the festival, the food stand will be open from 12 to 19 in Piazza della Repubblica, with typical products. On the same days, the market of products of the land and handicrafts will be set up in Piazza della Repubblica, and the windows and spaces of the historic center will be adorned with flowers, thanks to the initiative “Vetrine in fiore” by the merchants’ association.
